Elizabethtown Area High School students are required to take the Pennsylvania Keystone Exams after completing Algebra I, Biology, and English Literature. Exams are administered at the end of each semester.

The last scheduled day for students and staff before Winter Recess will be on Friday, December 20. On this day, students will be dismissed early. Winter Recess will commence following the early dismissal, providing an opportunity for students, staff, and families to enjoy a well-deserved break. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 2, marking the end of the Winter Recess.
