• Physicals – grades K, 6, & 11
• Dentals – grades K, 3, & 7
• Vision screening – grades K-12
• Scoliosis – grades 6 & 7
• Hearing – grades K-3, 7 & 11
• Height, weight, BMI - grades K-12
