Today we discussed what needs to be included in a graph and then the groups finished their crane arm graphs and sketches of their best crane arm. We worked with Q-bitz for the majority of the time. Students worked on their spatial reasoning and visual dexterity. Before we finished for the day, each group shared the results of their best crane arm and how they built it.
We finished researching topics today and many students began sketching their designs for the pop-up books. I shared a pop-up book on dinosaurs by Robert Sabuda to help them design their books.
