March 8, 2023- On March 6, EAHS students in the Building Trades Pre-Apprenticeship class traveled to the ABC Keystone campus in Manheim to apply their knowledge of riggings. The students worked in teams to rig various materials and then tested their solutions by having them lifted with a rough terrain forklift. 

Students that complete the course requirements earn National Center for Construction Education and Research industry-recognized credentials and will be eligible to apply for a registered apprenticeship in one of several trades. This opportunity is made possible through the District's partnership with ABC Keystone to increase the trades workforce, which is facing a period of high demand.
