Any 10th grader interested in signing up to take the PSAT should follow this Link (will be live on Monday) to SchoolPay.  The cost of the test is $18.95. We are limited to 100 testing seats and registration will close on 1/14.  Additionally, if seating allows, test registration will be opened to 11th-grade students the week of 1/11 to fill unused spots. 1. ALL 10th - 12th students:

Do you like to publicly speak?

Better yet - do you like to win money?

There will be a Rotary Club speech contest that you will need to register for by January 31st (entry form is on Rotary website).  If you view the district website you see that the speech is to be  structured via Four Way Test in the framework of “Life in the Pandemic.”. So the theme of the speech will be the same for all participants.

As far as judging speeches by the panel of judges, you will need to do this via zoom. In the end the selected participants will be doing the same at the district level. The Etown Rotary has its own zoom account and  can facilitate this meeting. The suggested date will be the week of Jan. 18 for the virtual meeting where the judging panel can hear all the speeches.  See Ms. Drybred (room 1645) for any other details.
