    Mr. Jacques Viau was named principal of Bear Creek School in 2022, after serving as the principal of Rheems Elementary School for 9 years.  Prior to Rheems, he served as secondary assistant principal of Elizabethtown Area High School and Middle School for 2 years.  Viau first came to the District in August 2006 as the Upper House Principal at the high school. Previously, he worked for the School District of Lancaster as an administrator, instructional facilitator, and teacher.


    Mr. Viau's educational background includes a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Millersville University and an M.Ed. in Teaching & Curriculum and a K-12 Principal Certificate from Penn State University.
