The comprehensive planning process for the Elizabethtown Area School District is dedicated not only to complying with state guidelines but also producing a living document to serve as a guide for all stakeholder groups. The plan serves to:

• Clarify our district goals for student learning, growth, and achievement in an innovative environment
  
• Outline our roadmap for accomplishing our goal
  
• Embrace the diverse “voices” of our District’s internal and external stakeholders
  
• Mobilize all leaders for courageous action at all levels.

Common themes that exist throughout each component of our 2020-2023 Comprehensive Pan are as follows:

• Shows a focus on a personalized learning experiences to develop life ready learners for all stakeholders
  
• Demonstrates the impact of developing strong community partnerships such as with EACTC, the Community Action Partnership, and Industry Partnerships
  
• Provides equitable time to explore outside resources/programs aligned to addressing barriers to learning
  
• Engages all stakeholders to embrace the life ready learner graduate model understanding it's a K-12 initiative
