Kindergarten Screenings

Dear Parents/Guardians of Incoming Kindergarteners,

We are very excited to welcome you and your child to the Elizabethtown Area School District family! The Elizabethtown Area School District's goal is for every student to graduate ready to live, learn, and thrive in a global community. To best start your child’s educational journey and for us to prepare for the upcoming school year we are inviting you to attend a Kindergarten Screening.

The dates for the screening sessions are:

• Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at East High Elementary School
• Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at East High Elementary School
• Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Bainbridge Elementary School
• Friday, May 30, 2025, at Bainbridge Elementary School

Parents may register and/or edit an existing screening date beginning Monday, April 28, 2025.

This is an opportunity for you to visit an elementary school, as well as teachers to meet your child and begin to learn a little bit about them. This screening should last about fifteen minutes and we ask that you show up a few minutes prior to your scheduled time. While the students are completing their screening, the waiting adults will be asked to complete a survey about the child that will also give us more information. If the parent/guardian isn’t available to bring the child any adult may bring them, it is most important that we are able to meet with the child.

Access the ONLINE SCHEDULER to schedule a parent teacher conference. Once on the site, click Go to the right of your child's building. The building schedules will only be available within the parent scheduling window.

A building password and the student's birthdate are needed to access the Online Scheduler.

The building password needed to access the Online Scheduler is bainbridge.

Questions about conferences should be directed to each building office.

Please note that students do not have to attend the screening in their home building. Also for the purpose of this scheduler all students are listed under Bainbridge Elementary.  This does not mean your child will attend Bainbridge.
