IncidentIQ
The Technology Services Department has moved to a new online technology support system called Incident IQ (IIQ) to manage tech requests.
District users will log in with Google and easily create new support tickets using the “New Ticket” button, access four years of past ticket history, and find a knowledge base of technology tipsheets, tutorials and information.

Parents/Guardians can assist their students by opening a support ticket with Technology Services through a guest account in IncidentIQ. When creating a guest ticket for support, please include your name and email address, your child's name and grade, and your question or issue.
