The Department of Technology Services has implemented a new tech request database system. IncidentIQ (iiQ) is an online portal that now allows staff members, students and parents/guardians to directly enter tech requests and track tech request history. This online service can be accessed anywhere via an internet connection and will create a much more efficient way to work through technology requests and technical repairs.

Parents/Guardians can assist their students by opening a support ticket with Technology Services through a guest account in IncidentIQ. When creating a guest ticket for support, please include your name and email address, your child's name and grade, and your question or issue.
