Cyber Charter Students

Families of students enrolled in an outside cyber charter school are required, under Act 47 of 2025, to provide proof of enrollment to the student’s resident public school district twice each year. Additional information and required documentation are available on the Pennsylvania Department of Education website at Pennsylvania Department of Education – Charter/Cyber Charter School Information. Documentation deadlines are as follows:

• Fall: November 1
• Spring: March 1
