Response Process

The District will respond to Right-to-Know requests in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law. Generally, the District has five (5) business days to respond to a request. Under certain circumstances permitted by law, the District may invoke a 30-calendar-day extension to review and process the request.

If a request is denied in whole or in part, the requester may appeal the determination to the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the District's response.
