School Wellness Policy Triennial Assessment

The School Wellness Policy Triennial Assessment is a federally mandated evaluation conducted every three years to ensure compliance with the Local School Wellness Policy requirements established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The assessment aims to review and measure the implementation and effectiveness of the wellness policies in promoting student health and well-being within schools.

This assessment involves collecting data on various aspects of the school wellness policy, such as nutrition education, physical activity, and other school-based activities designed to promote student wellness. The results of the assessment are used to inform policy revisions and improvements to better support the health and well-being of students.
