Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract - East High Street Elementary
Special instructions to potential bidders:

The Elizabethtown Area School District invites qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to submit proposals for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract.

The focus of this RFP is HVAC system improvements at East High Elementary School.

Vendors shall submit one (1) original, one (1) copy, and one (1) digital/PDF of the completed proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposals for Guaranteed Energy Savings Act.”

All proposals must be received by Monday, September 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.

Proposals will be acknowledged at the District’s public meeting on September 23, 2025, but will not be read aloud.

Janitorial Services
Special instructions to potential bidders:
- The Elizabethtown Area School District School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Janitorial Services.
- Contracted services will begin July 1, 2025.
- The vendor shall submit three (3) signed copies (1 original, 2 photocopies) of the completed proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked “JANITORIAL RFP”.

A mandatory walkthrough of the facilities will be held on Thursday March 20, 2025, at 9 a.m.

Contracted School Bus Transportation Services
Special instructions to potential bidders:
- The Elizabethtown Area School District School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Contracted School Bus Transportation Services.
- Contracted services will begin with the 2024-2025 school year and run annual through the end of the 2028-2029 school year.
- All proposals must be received by April 2, 2024, at 11 a.m.

Bid Package - New Athletic Field House
Special instructions to potential bidders:
- The Elizabethtown Area School District is requesting bids for the construction of a new athletic field house.
- All proposals must be received by September 13, 2023, at 2 p.m.
