The Pennsylvania Future Farmers of America (FFA) Association proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of Elizabethtown Area High School students Mya Ellis, Calista Bryant, Kylie Hottenstein, Faith Musser, and Natalie Ott. The five students were awarded the prestigious FFA Keystone Degree at the 2025 Pennsylvania Farm Show. The degrees were presented by Angela Fitterer, Acting Pennsylvania Secretary of Education, and Russell Redding, Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture.
The Keystone Degree is the Association's highest honor, recognizing students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and accomplishment within the organization. Mya, Calista, Kylie, Faith, and Natalie earned this esteemed award through their exemplary participation in FFA activities and the successful completion of approved Supervised Agricultural Experience projects beyond the traditional classroom.
This honor signifies not only academic achievement but also a deep dedication to the core principles of the FFA. These students have displayed remarkable leadership, personal growth, and a commitment to advancing their future careers in agriculture. Their hard work and determination are a testament to the values upheld by the FFA.
