Nine Elizabethtown Area High School students earned honors at the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Regional Leadership Conference held recently at Hempfield High School. Their performances in various business-related competitions secured their qualification for the prestigious State Leadership Conference in April at the Hershey Lodge.
The students and their awards are as follows:
- Nathaniel Poff & Jason Rife – First Place in Sales Presentation
- Kendall Huggins, Audrianna Resetar, & Ellia Spang – Second Place in Broadcast Journalism
- Lex Hershock – Second Place in Accounting
- Riley Mollohan – Second Place in Sports & Entertainment Management
- Kade Kreider & Ayden Martin – Third Place in Business Management
The Regional Conference is an annual evet that allows FBLA members to apply classroom learning to real-world scenarios and prepare for their future careers in business and related fields. Participants took part in a variety of competitions, testing their knowledge and skills in areas such as business, technology, public speaking, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
The students will now prepare to represent Elizabethtown Area High School at the FBLA State Leadership Conference, where they will compete against top-performing students from across Pennsylvania.
