On the morning of September 25, approximately one hundred students from Elizabethtown Area High School and Elizabethtown Area Middle School, joined by roughly twenty staff and community members, gathered for the annual 'See You at the Pole' rally. Organized by the high school's Bible Club, the event provided an opportunity for participants to come together in a supportive atmosphere centered around faith and connection.
'See You at the Pole' is a nationwide, student-led initiative that serves as a platform for young people to meet at their school's flagpole, not just to pray, but to reflect and grow before the school day begins. Held each September, this gathering fosters a sense of connection among participants and highlights the importance of personal faith, inspiring personal growth and reflection.
The event underscores the District's dedication to supporting diverse, student-driven activities that foster engagement and connection among students, staff, and community members.
