This winter, the magic of Arendelle comes to life as Elizabethtown Area High School proudly presents Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical. Performances will take place February 26, 27, and 28 at 7:00 p.m., with an additional matinee on February 28 at 1:00 p.m., in the EAHS Auditorium, located at 600 E. High Street, Elizabethtown, PA.
Based on the beloved Disney film, Frozen tells the heartwarming story of sisters Elsa and Anna as they navigate love, fear, and the unbreakable bond of family. Featuring iconic songs such as “Let It Go,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “For the First Time in Forever,” along with new music written specifically for the stage, this production promises to delight audiences of all ages.
The production features a talented student cast led by seniors Makayla Weaver (Elsa), Josephine Sirinides (Anna), Audra Kuntz (Oaken), and Jacqui Anderton (Sven); juniors Evelyn Kopp (Olaf), Calvin Binkle (Kristoff), James Mott (Weselton), and Leah Sites (Pabbie); sophomore Gia Piazza (Bulda); and freshman Ben Creason (Hans).
The stage management team includes senior Olivia White and juniors Marjorie Runkle and Kylee Wood, with freshman Joey Wagner. Technical managers are senior Dia Gilleland and junior Nolan Ernst (sound), along with senior Connor Dellinger (lights). The pit orchestra is under the direction of Mrs. Corinne Kern.
Under the direction of Christy Blaisdell, with music direction by Sarah Zahn, technical direction by Bella Myers, and choreography by Elyse Hayden, the production showcases the creativity, dedication, and hard work of the EAHS performing arts program.
