Spring 2024 Chromebook Collection

Please thoroughly review the end-of-year Chromebook plans below and reach out to your building principal or Technology Services if you have any questions. Technology Services can be reached at


The Chromebook package includes a Chromebook, carry case, and two-part power adapter.

Student Chromebook Package Includes: 

  • Chromebook

  • Blue Carry Case

  • Power adapter (2 Parts)


The complete Chromebook package (itemized above) is to be turned in to Technology Services on the designated collection dates shown below:

  • BEAR CREEK STUDENTS IN GRADE 4 - Chromebook package will be collected on:

    • DATE: Monday, June 3, 2024 with Homerooms

    • Turn in Location: Main hallway outside of the Library

    • Students will start seeing this flyer throughout Bear Creek.

  • MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADE 8 - Chromebook package will be collected on:

    • DATE: Tuesday, June 4, 2024 during Science class

    • Turn in Location: HS/MS IMC outside the Tech Office

    • Students will start seeing this flyer throughout the Middle School.

  • HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADE 12/GRADUATING SENIORS - Chromebook package will be collected after finals on the following dates:

    • Thursday, May 23, 2024 between 9:45 AM and 11:30 AM

    • Friday, May 24, 2024 between 12:30 PM and 2:40 PM

    • Turn in Location: HS/MS IMC outside the Tech Office.

    • Students will start seeing this flyer around the High School.

    • Technology Services will supply the names of any seniors to the High School Office who do not turn in their Chromebooks by the end of the two collection days.

**PLEASE NOTE: New Chromebooks will be distributed during July to students entering Grade 5 and 9 in the 24-25 school year. Dates, times and locations will be announced at a later date. New Chromebooks will only be issued upon the return of their previous device.


  • GRADES 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11

Students in these grades must take the complete Chromebook package (itemized above) home during the summer. Those students will be using the same device in the 24-25 school year. 

Summer Storage: Best practices for storing Chromebooks should be followed when Chromebooks are not used for instructional purposes over the summer.


Between now and the last day of school, students should contact Technology Services if:

  • The student ID label and asset tags have come off the Chromebook

  • There is no longer a label in the carry case clear pocket

  • The Chromebook is damaged or not working in any way

  • The power cable and/or carry case are damaged 

Students who may be experiencing Chromebook issues should seek help now by opening a support ticket via the online support system, IncidentIQ. Every student has an account and can log in with their district login credentials. 

Students in grades 3-12 having trouble accessing IncidentIQ may visit the Student Tech Offices for support in the Bear Creek, Middle School, and High School before the end of the school year.
