The Department of Technology Services has implemented a new tech request database system. IncidentIQ (iiQ) is an online portal that now allows staff members and students to directly enter tech requests and track tech request history. This online service can be accessed anywhere via an internet connection and will create a much more efficient way to work through technology requests and technical repairs.
