Benefits-based Accountability
Benefits-Based Accountability serves as Elizabethtown Area School District's framework for measuring progress and evaluating the impact of our work. It provides students, families, staff, and community members with meaningful feedback on how effectively we are preparing students to live, learn, and thrive in a global community.
As a district committed to a whole-child approach, we believe success extends beyond traditional academic measures alone. While state assessments remain important indicators of achievement, our accountability system also examines the knowledge, skills, experiences, and supports students need to succeed after graduation.
Benefits-Based Accountability is organized around seven foundational pillars that align with the District's Life Ready Model, Student Support Services, Culture of Belonging initiatives, and operational effectiveness efforts.
