Below is information regarding senior night celebrations:

• All senior night recognitions will take place just before the varsity contest.
• The Big E Booster Club will purchase a blue carnation for each senior.
• The athletic department will order and deliver the flowers to the contest.
• The Big E Booster Club will pay for one professional picture for each senior athlete.
• The athletic department will schedule the event with the photographer.
• The athletic department will deliver the photographs to the senior athletes in school.
• If an announcer is scheduled by the athletic department for a contest, they will read the senior bios.  
  • Announcers are provided at the following contests: football, basketball, wrestling, and swimming.
• If an announcer is not scheduled by the athletic department for a contest, the head coach will work with the parents to provide an announcer.
• Seniors should complete the bio form and return it to the head coach prior to senior night.

• Senior bios must follow this format.
• If a team decides to use decorations, posters, balloons, banners, etc., that team is responsible for the purchase, display, set-up and clean-up of those items. Any expenses paid through the team's booster account must be first approved of by the coach and team representative, then submitted for reimbursement per Big E Booster Club regulations.
