Beginning of School Year Device Distribution:
In August, students in grades 7-12 will be issued Chromebooks and accessories. Seventh grade students will be issued Chromebooks through homeroom on the first day of school when teachers will review procedures and distribute guidelines. Students in grades eight through twelve will receive their Chromebooks and accessories in mid-August on select distribution days. A packet outlining procedures and guidelines will be provided at that time.
End of School Year Device Collection:
All student Chromebooks and accessories will be collected at the end of the school year for general maintenance, cleaning, and upgrading. This summer maintenance of Chromebooks ensures all devices are prepared and ready for students when the new school year begins.
The Chromebook and accessories should be returned on the date designated by the Principal and Technology Department. If the student is leaving the Elizabethtown Area School District, they should return the items no later than the last day of enrollment or determined date set by the administration. The cost for any missing or damaged items will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
