Please join the Bear Creek School student orchestra for a beautiful night of music on Thursday, Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. The annual ‘Beat the Winter Blahs’ winter concert, directed by Mrs. Jill Placeway, will feature performances by the school’s fifth and sixth grade advanced orchestra, as well as some smaller ensembles, including a select group of beginning musicians.
To help brighten the holidays for families in need, the Bear Creek School recently held its annual Holiday Giving Tree program. As part of this annual tradition, the school’s faculty, staff and students as well as community members purchased suggested gifts for families who could use the help this season of giving.
Each year, Elizabethtown Area School District's music department coordinates holiday carol sings at each elementary school. During the final half week of classes before the holiday break, family and friends were invited to the school to see the students, faculty, and staff sing holiday classics.

The Elizabethtown Area School District invites parents and guardians of elementary-aged students – Grades K-6 – to Open House events before the 2015-2016 school year begins. Open Houses will be held at each elementary school on August 25 from 2:30-4 p.m.
