In order for a student to obtain the honor roll he/she must receive a 92% GPA with no grade lower than a 83% in any subject area. Grades from the teachers grade book round up to appear on the report card. They do not round up again when calculating honor roll. Students who make the honor roll in each of the first three marking periods will receive the Honor Roll Award at the end of the school year.

7th Grade with Content Area Labs Seventh grade student have lab classes in comm arts, math, science, and social studies. Each class is held for one marking period. The lab class grade counts for 20% of the student marking period grade in that class. See example.
