About the PTO There is an active PTO at Rheems Elementary School. Its purpose is to foster quality education for the students, to support teachers in their educational efforts, and to promote communication and understanding between school and home.
The PTO sponsors fundraisers that provide money for cultural and educational programs, family evening entertainment and refreshments for special events, and school celebration.
As a parent of a child at Rheems, you are automatically a member of the PTO. Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the school's library. The meetings are open to all parents. The Rheems PTO encourages you to attend the monthly meetings and participate in various events and committees throughout the year.
